As part of the Local Law 97 scope, our team conducted a comprehensive energy assessment and emissions analysis to determine the building’s carbon profile and develop a practical compliance strategy aligned with NYC’s emissions reduction mandates. For Local Law 88, we performed a detailed lighting system audit across all common areas and assessed tenant submetering feasibility to ensure compliance with energy code requirements. All filings were completed through DOB NOW, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
