SFE Engineering provided Local Law 84 and Local Law 88 compliance services for the residential property at 88-36 139th Street in Queens, NY. For LL84, we benchmarked the building’s energy and water usage using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager and submitted the required report to the NYC Department of Buildings. As part of LL88 compliance, we conducted a lighting assessment of all common areas to ensure adherence to current energy code standards and evaluated the feasibility of tenant submetering. All documentation was filed through DOB NOW, ensuring full compliance ahead of DOB deadlines.
