SFE Engineering completed a comprehensive Local Law 11 (FISP) façade inspection and repair project at 3681 Broadway, a six-story residential building located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. Our team conducted a hands-on examination of the building’s exterior envelope to identify any unsafe conditions in accordance with NYC DOB Cycle 9 requirements. We prepared and filed the FISP compliance report, developed a targeted repair strategy, and coordinated necessary remediation work to ensure the building met all safety standards. The project was completed with minimal disruption to residents and reinforced the structural integrity and code compliance of this pre-war cooperative building.
