SFE, in partnership with WSP, conducted a comprehensive ASHRAE Level I Energy Audit for Pier 11 in Manhattan as part of a broader effort to improve energy efficiency across New York City’s waterfront facilities. The project involved a detailed assessment of existing mechanical and electrical systems, energy usage patterns, and operational practices to identify opportunities for energy savings and carbon reduction.
