SFE Engineering completed a comprehensive Commissioning and blower door test project at 1650 Madison Avenue in New York, NY. As part of our building performance services, we conducted functional testing and system verification to ensure all HVAC, lighting, and control systems were operating according to design intent—meeting NYC energy code and LEED requirements. Our certified team also performed a blower door test to measure air leakage and improve the building’s overall energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
