For the mixed use project located at 64-11 Queens Boulevard in Flushing, NY, SFE Engineering performed detailed energy modeling to assess the building’s anticipated energy performance and support project compliance objectives. The analysis incorporated building geometry, envelope characteristics, HVAC systems, lighting loads, occupancy, and operating schedules to establish a comprehensive simulation of energy use. SFE evaluated proposed design conditions and energy-efficiency measures to identify opportunities for improved performance while supporting applicable NYC Energy Code and sustainability requirements.
