SFE Engineering completed Local Law 97 and Local Law 88 compliance services for the property at 598 President Street in Brooklyn, NY. To address Local Law 97 requirements, we performed a detailed energy usage and emissions analysis, helping the building align with NYC’s carbon limits and avoid potential penalties. As part of Local Law 88 compliance, our team conducted a full lighting audit of all common areas and assessed the feasibility of tenant submetering to ensure energy code adherence. All documentation was submitted via DOB NOW for timely approval. This project showcases SFE’s expertise in delivering seamless Local Law 97 and 88 solutions for Brooklyn property owners.
