SFE Engineering successfully completed a comprehensive Local Law 11 (FISP – Facade Inspection Safety Program) project at 2113 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, NY. As mandated by NYC’s Department of Buildings, this critical facade inspection was conducted to evaluate the exterior walls and appurtenances of the multi-story structure for safety and compliance. Our licensed QEW (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector) performed a detailed hands-on and visual inspection, documenting any deterioration or unsafe conditions. The project culminated in a professional FISP report submission to the DOB, ensuring full compliance with Local Law 11 Cycle 9 requirements. By identifying necessary repairs early, the building owner avoided costly emergency work and enhanced long-term facade integrity.
