As part of the LL11 cycle, our team performed a comprehensive exterior wall inspection, identifying and documenting any unsafe or deteriorating façade conditions. Concurrently, we evaluated the building’s parking structure under LL126, assessing structural integrity and safety. All inspection reports and filings were submitted through DOB NOW, helping the property owner meet critical compliance deadlines and avoid penalties.
