SFE Engineering performed a comprehensive energy audit at 187 Front Street, a mixed-use building in Lower Manhattan. Our ASHRAE Level II audit evaluated all major energy systems including HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, and building envelope. We benchmarked the property’s performance using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager and conducted detailed on-site inspections and energy modeling to uncover inefficiencies. The final report delivered targeted recommendations for cost-effective upgrades that reduce energy consumption, lower utility bills, and support Local Law 97 compliance. This audit is a key step toward improved sustainability and operational savings.
